The invention provides a method for achieving a gear locking function of a pure electric heavy truck in a transmission manual mode. Hardware involved in the method comprises a vehicle control unit and a driving motor. The method comprises the steps that when a vehicle control unit detects that a transmission is switched to a manual mode, the wheel side torque C is calculated firstly, and then the required torque of a motor is calculated according to a corresponding strategy according to a gear locking function enabling condition and whether the gear locking function enabling condition is met or not. The method has the advantages that the method for achieving the gear locking function of the pure electric heavy truck in the transmission manual mode is provided, forced gear shifting of the transmission can be prevented, and driving safety and comfort are improved.

    本发明提出了一种纯电重卡在变速器手动模式下实现锁挡功能的方法,所涉及的硬件包括整车控制器和驱动电机;所述方法包括:当整车控制器检测到变速器切换至手动模式后,先计算出轮边扭矩C,然后根据锁挡功能使能条件和锁挡功能使能条件的成立与否,按相应策略计算出电机需求扭矩。本发明的有益技术效果是:提出了一种纯电重卡在变速器手动模式下实现锁挡功能的方法,该方案能防止变速器强制换档,提高行车安全和舒适性。
