According to the scheme, the locking device comprises a locking fixing support and a locking fixing buckle, the locking fixing buckle comprises a rotating part with one end hinged to the locking fixing support and a locking end fixed to the rotating part and used for locking a battery box when the locking end is pressed downwards, and the other end of the rotating part is hinged to one end of a supporting part of a locking rotating piece; the other end of the supporting part is hinged to one end of a locking self-locking piece, and the other end of the locking self-locking piece is hinged to the middle position of the locking fixing support. A pulling part is further arranged on the supporting part, and one end, far away from the supporting part, of the pulling part is connected with a push-pull device for locking and unlocking the battery box; when the locking end is in a locking state, the rotating part and the locking fixing support form two sides of a triangle, and the supporting part and the locking self-locking piece form the other side of the triangle. According to the scheme, the problem that in the prior art, when a vehicle jolts due to poor pavement flatness in the running process, a positioning and locking device is prone to being damaged is solved.

    本发明涉及一种自动锁止机构及电动重卡,属于电动重卡换电领域。本方案包括锁止固定支架和锁止固定扣,锁止固定扣包括一端铰接在锁止固定支架的转动部和固定在转动部上且下压时锁止电池箱的锁止端,转动部的另一端铰接有锁止转动件的支撑部的一端,支撑部的另一端铰接有锁止自锁件的一端,锁止自锁件另一端铰接在锁止固定支架的中间位置;支撑部上还设置有拉动部,拉动部远离支撑部的一端连接有用于锁止和解锁电池箱的推拉装置;当锁止端处于锁止状态时,转动部和锁止固定支架构成三角形的两个边,支撑部和锁止自锁件构成三角形的另一个边。本方案用以解决现有技术中车辆在运行过程中因路面平整度差而产生颠簸时导致定位锁紧装置容易损坏的问题。
