The inspection robot comprises a supporting assembly, a plurality of fixed groove plates, a rotating groove plate, a crawler belt, a driving device and an elastic assembly, the multiple fixed groove plates are arranged on the outer surface of the supporting assembly in a radioactive mode, the rotating groove plate and the fixed groove plates are rotationally installed, and the crawler belt is arranged on the fixed groove plates and the rotating groove plate in a sleeving mode; an elastic assembly is arranged in the fixed groove plate, the fixed groove plate is rotated to enable the crawler belt to make contact with the inner wall of the pipeline, at the moment, the crawler belt extrudes the inner wall of the pipeline under rotation of the fixed groove plate, the rotating groove plate rotates, the elastic assembly deforms, and different protruding obstacles can be passed under the rotation effect of the rotating groove plate; the crawler belt can abut against the inner wall of a pipeline pit and a crack, contraction and expansion of the crawler belt do not need to be controlled, operation is easy, the crawler belt moves along the surface of an obstacle through the driving device, and the obstacle crossing capacity is improved.

    本发明公开了一种自适应越障的巡检机器人,包括支撑组件、多个固定槽板、转动槽板、履带、驱动装置以及弹性组件,支撑组件外表面放射性设置多个固定槽板,转动槽板与固定槽板转动安装,履带套设在固定槽板与转动槽板上,固定槽板内部设置有弹性组件,通过转动固定槽板,使得履带接触管道内壁,此时履带在固定槽板的转动下,挤压管道内壁,转动槽板旋转,弹性组件发生形变,可在转动槽板转动作用下,进行通过不同的凸起障碍物,同时在弹性组件作用下,可使履带顶触于管道凹陷与裂缝处内壁,无需控制履带收缩与扩张,操作简单,通过驱动装置使得履带沿着障碍物表面进行移动,提高越障能力。
