The invention discloses a sailing unmanned ship for water quality sampling. Comprising a storage frame arranged on the unmanned ship and used for storing water sample bottle temporary storage boxes, a conveying mechanism arranged below the storage frame and used for sequentially conveying the temporary storage boxes to the side face of the unmanned ship, a transfer trolley used for transporting the temporary storage boxes, and a transfer mechanism arranged at one end of the outer side of the conveying mechanism and used for transferring the temporary storage boxes to the transfer trolley. The temporary storage boxes in the storage frame are sequentially output through the conveying mechanism and transferred to the transfer trolley through the transfer mechanism, the transfer trolley conveys the temporary storage boxes into the storage boxes to be stored, the temporary storage boxes of the water sample bottles can be automatically carried to the shoreside to be stored without a crane, the labor intensity is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
