The invention relates to a traction locomotive control method and system, and belongs to the field of tunnel construction equipment. The method comprises the steps that after a vehicle is started, it is detected that the outlet oil pressure of a hydraulic pump is smaller than a preset threshold value, and a hydraulic pump motor is controlled to operate at rated operation frequency; when it is detected that the outlet oil pressure of the hydraulic pump is larger than a preset threshold value, the hydraulic pump motor is controlled to stop running; when the running speed of the vehicle is 0 km/h and the oil pressure of a brake oil cylinder is detected to be smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value, the vehicle is allowed to conduct mode switching, and the modes comprise a rubber wheel driving mode and a steel wheel driving mode; the hydraulic pump is connected with a clamping oil cylinder used for mode switching. According to the scheme, the problem that in the prior art, conversion between a rubber wheel driving mode and a steel wheel driving mode cannot be achieved is solved.

    本发明涉及一种牵引机车控制方法及控制系统,属于隧道施工设备领域。本发明方案包括当车辆启动后,检测到液压泵出口油压小于预设阈值,控制液压泵电机以额定运行频率运行;当检测到所述液压泵出口油压大于预设阈值时,控制所述液压泵电机停止运行;当车辆运行速度为0km/h,同时检测到制动油缸油压小于或者等于预设阈值时,允许车辆进行模式切换,所述模式包括胶轮驱动模式和钢轮驱动模式;所述液压泵连接用于模式切换的夹紧油缸。本发明方案解决了现有技术中不能实现胶轮驱动与钢轮驱动的模式转换的问题。
