The transfer case comprises a shell, the shell is provided with a containing cavity, the bottom of the containing cavity is provided with an oil collecting area, the oil collecting area is provided with an oil blocking mechanism, the oil blocking mechanism comprises an oil blocking structure, and the oil blocking structure is movably arranged relative to the shell; the first working position is located at the initial position, the second working position is far away from the initial position, when the oil blocking structure is located at the initial position, the oil blocking structure and the bottom of the oil collecting area are arranged in a spaced mode to form an oil passing channel, and when the oil blocking structure is located at the second working position, the oil passing channel is communicated with the oil collecting area. The oil blocking structure makes contact with the bottom and the side wall of the oil collecting area so as to prevent oil in the oil collecting area from flowing out of the oil collecting area. According to the scheme, when the oil blocking structure is located at the second working position, the oil blocking structure makes contact with the bottom and the side wall of the oil collecting area, oil in the oil collecting area is prevented from flowing out of the oil collecting area, air suction of the oil pump is avoided, and the problem that the oil pump sucks air under the large-dip-angle working condition in the prior art is solved.

    本发明提供了一种分动器及车辆,分动器包括:壳体,壳体具有容纳腔,容纳腔的底部具有集油区,集油区设置有挡油机构,挡油机构包括挡油结构,挡油结构相对壳体可活动地设置,以使挡油结构具有位于初始位置时的第一工作位置和具有远离初始位置时的第二工作位置,其中,挡油结构位于初始位置时,挡油结构与集油区的底部之间具有距离地设置以形成过油通道,挡油结构位于第二工作位置时,挡油结构与集油区的底部和侧壁接触以阻止位于集油区内的油体流出集油区外。应用本方案,当挡油结构位于第二工作位置时,挡油结构与集油区的底部和侧壁接触,阻止位于集油区内的油体流出集油区外,避免油泵吸空,解决现有技术中大倾角工况下油泵吸空的问题。
