A locking mechanism and an equipment horizontal transportation locking system are characterized in that the locking mechanism comprises a plurality of hydraulic oil cylinders and three-position four-way electromagnetic directional valves, pistons of the hydraulic oil cylinders divide cylinder bodies into positive cavities and negative cavities, all the positive cavities are connected through oil pipes, all the negative cavities are connected through oil pipes to form parallel connection, or/and the positive cavities and the negative cavities of adjacent hydraulic oil cylinders are connected through oil pipes to form series connection; the positive cavity and the negative cavity are respectively communicated with an A port and a B port of a three-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve through a first oil pipe and a second oil pipe, the parallel oil pipes are provided with the electromagnetic reversing valves, and the series oil pipes are provided with two-position three-way electromagnetic ball valves; the locking system comprises transportation equipment, a guide frame and a locking mechanism, the outer end of a piston rod of each oil cylinder is connected with a ball seat, a proximity switch is integrated on the ball seat, and after the proximity switch is triggered, the hydraulic oil cylinders push the guide frame to make contact with the transportation equipment. According to the locking device, the horizontal transportation equipment can be reliably locked, and stability and safety of internal equipment during horizontal transportation of the special transport vehicle can be ensured.
一种锁紧机构及设备水平运输锁紧系统,锁紧机构包括多个液压油缸和三位四通电磁换向阀,液压油缸的活塞将缸体分为正、反腔,各正腔通过油管连接、各反腔通过油管连接形成并联,或/和相邻液压油缸的正、反腔通过油管连接形成串联,正、反腔分别通过第一、二油管与三位四通电磁换向阀的A、B口连通,并联各油管上安装电磁换向阀,串联各油管上安装两位三通电磁球阀;锁紧系统包括运输设备、导向架及锁紧机构,各油缸的一活塞杆外端与球座连接,球座上集成有接近开关,当接近开关触发后,液压油缸推动导向架与运输设备接触。本发明能将水平运输设备实现可靠锁紧,能确保特种运输车在水平运输时的内部设备的平稳、安全性。
