The invention provides a vertical falling locking mechanism for rail transportation, which comprises two bearing walls, rails and a bearing box, the two bearing walls are symmetrical to each other, the rails are fixedly mounted on the opposite sides of the bearing walls, the bearing box is slidably connected between the rails, a stall locking mechanism is arranged above the bearing box, and the stall locking mechanism is arranged above the bearing box. The stall locking mechanism comprises a rack, a generator, an electric telescopic rod, a gear, a groove, a sliding rail, a locking clamp and a connecting rod, the generator is rotationally connected to the upper portion of the bearing box, the gear is fixedly installed at the coupling position of the generator, and the rack is fixedly installed on one side of the bearing wall. By arranging the stall locking mechanism, at the moment of stall of the bearing box, the rotating speed of the gear is changed, the rotating speed of the generator is linked to be changed, then the current generated by power generation of the generator is increased, the electric telescopic rod is triggered to extend, the locking clamp is pushed to the track, and the bearing box is rapidly decelerated till being locked.

    本发明提供一种用于轨道运输的垂直坠落锁止机构,包括承重墙、轨道和承重箱,承重墙数量为两个且相互对称,承重墙相对一侧均固定安装有轨道,轨道之间滑动连接有承重箱,承重箱上方设置有失速锁止机构,失速锁止机构包括齿条、发电机、电动伸缩杆、齿轮、凹槽、滑轨、锁止夹和连接杆,承重箱上方转动连接有发电机,发电机轴接处固定安装有齿轮,承重墙一侧固定安装有齿条。通过设有失速锁止机构,在承重箱失速的瞬间,使齿轮转速发生变化,联动发电机转速变化,进而使发电机发电产生的电流增大,触动电动伸缩杆伸长,将锁止夹推至轨道上,使承重箱快速减速直至锁止。
