The invention discloses a design method of a brake hose, the brake hose and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that an initial design scheme of the brake hose is determined, and the initial design scheme comprises at least one of the position of an installation fixing point of the brake hose and the length of the brake hose; under the condition that the initial design scheme meets at least one of a first preset condition, a second preset condition and a third preset condition, iterative design is conducted on the initial design scheme, a target design scheme is obtained, and the iterative design comprises at least one of the following steps that the length of a brake hose is adjusted, the number of installation fixing points is increased, and the positions of the installation fixing points are adjusted; and preparing and arranging the brake hose according to the target design scheme. The technical problem that in the prior art, a design method of the brake hose cannot meet the gap requirement, the bending radius requirement and the torsion requirement at the same time is solved.

    本发明公开了一种制动软管的设计方法、制动软管及车辆。其中,该方法包括:确定制动软管的初始设计方案,初始设计方案包括如下至少之一:制动软管的安装固定点的位置、制动软管的长度;在初始设计方案满足第一预设条件、第二预设条件、第三预设条件中的至少一个的情况下,对初始设计方案进行迭代设计,得到目标设计方案,迭代设计包括至少如下之一:调整制动软管的长度、增加安装固定点的数量、调整安装固定点的位置;根据目标设计方案制备并布置制动软管。本发明解决了现有技术中的制动软管的设计方法难以同时满足间隙要求、弯曲半径要求和扭转要求的技术问题。
