The invention discloses a preparation method of a brake hose, the brake hose and a vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: performing a hose path test on the brake hose to obtain first bending radius values of all positions of the brake hose; comparing each first bending radius value with a corresponding theoretical radius value, and determining at least one defect point location; calculating the size of the sheath corresponding to the defect point according to the first bending radius value corresponding to the defect point; and the sheaths with the sizes are mounted at the corresponding defect point positions. The technical problem that in the prior art, due to the fact that a brake hose is difficult to arrange, joints need to be developed again, and the design cost is increased is solved.

    本发明公开了一种制动软管的制备方法、制动软管及车辆。其中,该方法包括:对制动软管进行软管路径试验,得到制动软管各处的第一弯曲半径值;将各第一弯曲半径值与对应的理论半径值进行比较,确定至少一个缺陷点位;根据与缺陷点位对应的第一弯曲半径值计算与缺陷点位对应的护套的尺寸;将被制为尺寸的护套安装在对应的缺陷点位处。本发明解决了现有技术中的由于制动软管布置难题导致需重新开发接头,使得设计成本增加的技术问题。
