The invention discloses a man-machine co-driving intelligent driving system, method and device, a medium and a vehicle, and the system comprises a sensing module which senses the environment data around the vehicle in real time, and processes and analyzes the environment data to generate a scene sensing graph; the decision-making module is used for carrying out driving decision-making and driving path planning according to a preset driving model and a decision-making algorithm based on the scene perception graph, generating a control instruction and an operation instruction and outputting the control instruction and the operation instruction; the control module is used for acquiring a control instruction and an operation instruction and executing corresponding control and operation; the man-machine interaction module monitors the running state of the intelligent driving system in real time and displays vehicle state information in real time; running of the vehicle is intervened and controlled in time, and/or control and operation instructions are modified; the driver monitoring module monitors the state and/or attention of a driver in real time; when abnormity is found, an alarm is given and intervention measures are taken. According to the man-machine co-driving intelligent driving system provided by the invention, the time of intervening taking-over during man-machine interaction of the vehicle can be shortened, and the accuracy of intervening control can be improved.
