The invention discloses a control device and method for a charging robot to attract a tail end operation tool. The control device comprises a power module, an instruction control unit, a main control unit and an electromagnetic control module. The power supply module is connected with the instruction control unit, the main control unit and the electromagnetic control module, and provides different levels of voltage for each module; the instruction control unit is connected with the main control unit and sends a data instruction to the main control unit; the main control unit is electrically connected with the electromagnetic control module, and the main control unit processes the received data instruction and then sends a control instruction to the electromagnetic control module; the electromagnetic control module controls the tail end operation tool of the charging robot to be connected with the charging gun device in a suction mode. According to the scheme, the tail end tool of the charging robot can quickly and accurately attract the charging gun device, and gun pulling and inserting actions can be quickly completed.

    本发明公开了一种充电机器人吸合末端作业工具的控制装置及方法,控制装置包括电源模块、指令控制单元、主控单元及电磁控制模块;所述电源模块与指令控制单元、主控单元及电磁控制模块连接,为各个模块提供不同等级的电压;所述指令控制单元与主控单元连接,向主控单元发送数据指令;所述主控单元与电磁控制模块电性连接,主控单元对接收的数据指令处理后向电磁控制模块发出控制指令;所述电磁控制模块控制充电机器人末端作业工具与充电枪装置吸合连接。本方案能够实现充电机器人末端工具快速地、准确地吸合充电枪装置,可以快速完成拔枪和插枪动作。
