The invention discloses a voltage diagnosis method for a vehicle battery. The voltage diagnosis method comprises the steps of collecting a battery pack total voltage U1 of the vehicle battery and a cell voltage of each battery monomer in the vehicle battery; checking whether the collected total voltage U1 of the battery pack and the collected battery cell voltage of each single battery are effective collection results or not; carrying out summation calculation on the battery cell voltage of each single battery to obtain an accumulated voltage U0; comparing the obtained accumulated voltage U0 with the total voltage U1 of the battery pack so as to judge whether the difference value of the two is within a preset error range or not; and comparing the obtained accumulated voltage U0 or the collected total voltage U1 of the battery pack with a preset threshold value so as to judge whether the vehicle battery has an overvoltage or undervoltage fault or not. The invention also discloses a voltage diagnosis system and a vehicle battery assembly comprising the system.

    本发明公开了一种用于车辆电池的电压诊断方法,包括:采集车辆电池的电池包总电压U1和车辆电池中的每个电池单体的电芯电压;校验所采集的电池包总电压U1和所采集的每个电池单体的电芯电压是否为有效采集结果;对各个电池单体的电芯电压进行求和计算以获得累计电压U0;将所获得的累计电压U0与电池包总电压U1进行比较,以判断二者的差值是否处于预定的误差范围内;以及将所获得的累计电压U0或所采集的电池包总电压U1与预定的阈值进行比较,以判断车辆电池是否出现过压或欠压故障。本发明还公开了一种电压诊断系统和包括该系统的车辆电池总成。
