The invention discloses a current diagnosis method for a vehicle battery, comprising the following steps: a first step of acquiring a current value I0 of the vehicle battery by means of a first current acquisition unit and acquiring a current value I1 of the vehicle battery by means of a second current acquisition unit; 2, whether the collection results of the first current collection unit and the second current collection unit are valid or not is verified; step 3, if the acquisition results of the first current acquisition unit and the second current acquisition unit are valid, comparing the current value I0 with the current value I1 to judge whether the difference between the two is within a preset error range; and 4, if the difference value between the current value I0 and the current value I1 is within a preset error range, comparing the current value I0 or the current value I1 with a preset threshold value so as to judge whether the vehicle battery has an overcurrent fault or not. The invention further discloses a current diagnosis system and a vehicle battery assembly comprising the current diagnosis system.
