Position information of each slag pot parking position is stored in the controller, each slag pot in-place detection piece and each temperature detection piece are in communication connection with the controller, and the controller is in communication connection with the gantry crane and a switch of each spray head. According to the invention, the processing capacity of the slow cooling slag yard area can be improved, the vacant state or the full state of each slag pot placing position can be mastered in real time, and the temperature of the slag pot placed at each slag pot placing position can be accurately measured, so that the intelligent slow cooling of the slag pot is realized.

    本发明公开了一种缓冷渣场布置系统以及渣罐缓冷控制方法,缓冷渣场布置系统包括缓冷渣场区和控制器,缓冷渣场区内以阵列方式布置有多个渣罐停放位并设有大跨度龙门起重机,相邻渣罐停放位之间设有支撑柱,支撑柱下部左右两侧分别设有渣罐到位检测件,支撑柱上部左右两侧分别设有温度检测件,支撑柱内铺设水管且水管顶端左右两侧分别连有喷头;控制器中存储有各渣罐停放位的位置信息,各渣罐到位检测件和各温度检测件均与控制器通讯连接,控制器与龙门起重机以及各喷头的开关通讯连接。本发明能提高缓冷渣场区的处理能力,能实时掌握各渣罐停放位为空位状态或满位状态,并能对各渣罐停放位处放置的渣罐进行精确测温,以实现对渣罐的智能化缓冷。
