    本发明涉及冶金辅助设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种平衡吊具。该平衡吊具包括框架、钩挂轴和平衡吊钩,框架的上下两端对应开设有上容置槽和下容置槽,钩挂轴穿设在框架的上端并位于上容置槽内,平衡吊钩水平设置在框架的下端并与下容置槽铰接。本发明的平衡吊具在使用时,先将钩挂轴钩挂在吊装机械的吊钩上,再控制平衡吊具下落,当平衡吊钩碰到渣罐外壁靠近底部位置的耳轴时,继续下放平衡吊具,即可通过偏转实现脱离,之后又重新自调整为水平状态,在平衡吊钩位于渣罐外壁靠近底部位置的耳轴下方时,抬升平衡吊具即可自行钩挂住渣罐外壁靠近底部位置的耳轴,实现渣罐的倾翻作业,整个过程不需要人工接触平衡吊具,有利于降低人员的安全风险。
