The lifting appliance has the beneficial effects that the combination of the lifting appliance and the cinder ladle is realized through the vertical action, the ladle overturning caused by desynchrony during lifting is avoided, and the risk of ladle hanging caused by horizontal movement is completely avoided.

    本发明提出了一种用于冶金渣包缓冷工序的起重机翻包小车,包括:起升机构、翻转机构、吊梁、吊具、伸缩臂和小车架,偏重转盘与吊具机架连接;伸缩臂与小车架铰接;伸缩臂下部与吊具连接;翻转绕绳穿过吊梁动滑轮后一端与翻转机构连接、另一端与起升机构连接,吊具通过吊具动滑轮上的起升绕绳与起升机构连接,翻转绕绳与起升绕绳倍率相同,起升机构与翻转机构卷筒公称直径相同;吊梁与偏重转盘之间通过转盘钢丝绳连接;挂钩通过铰轴与吊具机架连接,挂钩上设有挂钩滚轮;吊具机架上的机架卡口与渣包上的渣包耳轴卡接配合。本发明的有益效果如下:通过垂直动作实现吊具和渣包结合,起升时不会出现因不同步而造成翻包,完全规避了水平运动挂包风险。
