The invention discloses an operation control system of an intelligent joist barrow, which adopts a three-stage control mode, that is, three control terminals, namely a first-stage control terminal, a second-stage control terminal and a third-stage control terminal, are arranged from top to bottom; the primary control terminal is a master control platform arranged in a master control room (1); the secondary control terminal is an operation console (3) arranged in a production operation area; and the third-stage control terminal is a remote controller. The invention further discloses an operation control method of the operation control system. By adopting the technical scheme, accurate positioning can be carried out; the safety of the joist barrow is improved; the automation and intelligence level of joist barrow operation control is improved, and then the production efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种智能化桁车的运行控制系统,采用三级控制方式,即从上至下,设置三个控制终端,分别为一级控制终端、二级控制终端和三级控制终端;所述的一级控制终端为设置在总控室(1)内的总控平台;所述的二级控制终端为生产作业区内设置的操作控制台(3);所述的三级控制终端为遥控器。本发明还公开了该运行控制系统的运行控制方法。采用上述技术方案,能够进行准确定位;提高了桁车的安全性;提高桁车运行控制的自动化和智能化水平,进而提高生产效率。
