The invention belongs to the field of port container storage yard loading and unloading, and discloses a double-layer elevated joist barrow distribution system for a port full-automatic container storage yard. The double-layer elevated joist barrow distribution system comprises an elevated joist barrow foundation and an elevated joist barrow walking on the elevated joist barrow foundation, wherein the elevated joist barrow foundation adopts a concrete vertical column consisting of two layers of brackets; a concrete cross beam or a steel structural connection beam is prefabricated at the upper part; a track beam is mounted on the concrete cross beam or the steel structural connection beam; the elevated joist barrow is arranged on the track beam and consists of a steel wire rope lifting, opening and closing mechanism, a trolley walking mechanism, a truck walking mechanism, an electric control device and a safety protection device and is controlled by a port central control room; the lifting on and off mechanism is used for carrying out lifting, opening and closing operations on containers; the trolley walking mechanism is used for walking in the span when the container is fetched and distributed; the truck walking mechanism is used for walking in the track beam direction when the container is fetched and distributed; after lifting the container, a higher elevated joist barrow can pass through a lower elevated joist barrow to realize walking.
