The invention relates to an image shooting light supplementing method and system and a parking management system, and the method comprises the steps: judging whether a parking space is occupied or not according to a black and white image obtained by an image obtaining device under the condition of infrared lamp light supplementing, and the image obtaining device corresponding to the parking space is provided with an infrared lamp and a white light lamp; if yes, supplementing light to the image acquisition device by adopting a white light lamp; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a color image of a vehicle by an image acquisition device under a white light supplementary condition, and identifying vehicle information according to the color image; and performing parking management on the parking space by combining the color image and the black-and-white image. When the illumination condition at night is complex, the conventional white light lamp is turned on once only when the vehicle enters the parking space, and at the moment, the image acquisition device acquires a color image and recognizes vehicle information; and under other conditions, only the infrared light supplement lamp invisible to naked eyes is turned on, and the influence of the mode of combining the infrared light and the white light on the environment is reduced to the minimum.
本申请涉及一种图像拍摄补光方法、系统及停车管理系统,它包括:根据红外灯补光状况下,图像获取装置获取的黑白图像,判断停车位是否被占用,其中停车位对应的图像获取装置配置一红外灯和一白光灯;若是,则采用白光灯针对图像获取装置补光;根据白光灯补光状况下,图像获取装置获取车辆的彩色图像,根据彩色图像识别车辆信息;结合彩色图像和黑白图像针对停车位进行停车管理。在夜间光照条件复杂时,只有在车辆进入停车位的时候才开一次常规白光灯,此时图像获装置获取彩色图像,识别车辆信息;其他条件下,只开启肉眼不可见的红外补光灯,此种红外光和白光灯相结合的模式对环境影响降到最低。
