The invention discloses an unmanned equipment parking pose adjusting method and device, and the method comprises the steps: detecting the initial pose of unmanned equipment during parking through a plane pressure detector of a parking platform on the parking equipment; afterwards, according to the deviation between the initial pose and the standard parking pose of the unmanned equipment, the parking position of the unmanned equipment is adjusted through a plurality of push rod assemblies installed on the parking equipment. According to the method, the initial pose of the unmanned equipment during parking is determined based on the plane pressure detector in the parking platform, the push rod assembly is controlled in a targeted manner to adjust the pose of the unmanned equipment to the standard parking pose based on the deviation between the initial pose of the unmanned equipment and the standard parking pose, and damage to the unmanned equipment is avoided.
