    本发明公开了一种仿生几何毛虫的爬行生物混合机器人及制造方法,包括封装层、电刺激模块、机械骨架、生命体模块与摩擦垫;摩擦垫通过化学物质连接在机械骨架的接地处,生命体模块生长粘附在机械骨架的底部沟槽中,电刺激模块通过封装层固化粘附在机械骨架的上部,电刺激模块与生命体模块一一对应布置;在电刺激模块的刺激作用下,生命体产生收缩,机械骨架在生命体力的作用下弯曲变形,机器人前脚摩擦垫与后脚摩擦垫提供定向摩擦力,机器人向前运动,通过多个生命体顺序收缩与舒张以及运动过程产生定向摩擦力实现爬行,解决了爬行生物混合机器人在生命体输出力有限的情况下,机械结构变形量小,爬行生物混合机器人运动性能有限的问题。
