The invention provides a transportation device and a transportation method for arch rib sections of a concrete filled steel tube arch bridge, the transportation device comprises a flat plate transportation vehicle, an arch rib placement platform, two rows of first hoops, a second hoop, two rows of first dampers, second dampers and cable ropes, and the arch rib placement platform is arranged on the flat plate transportation vehicle; the two rows of first hoops are detachably arranged on the upper chord pipes and the lower chord pipes of the arch rib sections in a sleeving mode correspondingly. The second hoop is detachably arranged on the web pipe at one end of the arch rib section in a sleeving manner; the two rows of first dampers and the two rows of first hoops are correspondingly arranged, and the first dampers are connected with the arch rib placement platform and the corresponding first hoops; the second dampers are arranged at one ends of the arch rib sections and correspond to the second hoops, and the second dampers are connected with the arch rib placement platform and the corresponding second hoops; and the cable wind rope is connected to the arch rib placement platform and the arch rib sections. The requirements for the flatness, the longitudinal slope and the curve radius of a transportation channel can be lowered, and the transportation channel can be generally suitable for medium-distance and long-distance transportation.

    本发明提供一种钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋节段的运输装置及运输方法,运输装置包括平板运输车、拱肋安置平台、两排第一套箍、第二套箍、两排第一阻尼器、第二阻尼器及缆风绳,拱肋安置平台装设于平板运输车上;两排第一套箍分别可拆卸地套设于拱肋节段的上弦管和下弦管上;第二套箍可拆卸地套设于拱肋节段一端的腹管上;两排第一阻尼器与两排第一套箍对应设置,第一阻尼器连接拱肋安置平台与相应的第一套箍;第二阻尼器设于拱肋节段一端并对应第二套箍设置,第二阻尼器连接拱肋安置平台与相应的第二套箍;缆风绳连接于拱肋安置平台和拱肋节段上。其能够降低对运输通道平整度、纵坡、弯道半径的要求,总体可适用于中远途运输。
