The invention discloses a material transportation device for tied-arch bridge construction. The material transportation device comprises a base and side bases fixedly connected to the two sides of thebase. Push rods are arranged at the side ends of the side bases, a containing box, a first spring, a moving assembly and a binding belt are arranged on the upper side of the base, a tightening assembly and a tensioning assembly are arranged in the two side bases respectively, a sealing plate is arranged on the containing box, a plurality of universal wheels are arranged at the lower end of the base, a supporting base is arranged at the lower end of the base, and a driving assembly is arranged in the base. When the containing box moves in the transportation process, the containing box shakes leftwards and rightwards to enable the transverse rod to move leftwards and rightwards in the transverse groove, the sliding block drives the binding belt to move downwards in the second cavity throughthe rotating rod, and the binding belt binds the tie rod in the placement box more stably; when the containing box moves upwards, the binding belts are limited through blocking of the side cavities to the transverse rods, when the containing box moves downwards, the vertical rods move downwards in the vertical grooves to enable one end of each of the transverse rods to move downwards, one end ofeach of the binding belts is pulled to move downwards through the rotating rods, and then binding of tie bars in the containing box is more stable.

    本发明公开了一种系杆拱桥施工用材料运输装置,包括底座及固定连接在底座两侧的侧座,侧座侧端设有推杆,底座上侧设有放置箱、第一弹簧、移动组件和绑带,两个侧座内分别设有收紧组件和拉紧组件,放置箱上设有密封板,底座下端设有若干万向轮,底座下端设有支撑座,底座内设有驱动支撑座上下移动的驱动组件。放置箱在运输过程中动时,放置箱左右晃动使得横杆在横槽中左右移动,通过转杆使得滑块带动绑带在第二空腔中下移,绑带对放置箱中的系杆绑定的更加稳定;放置箱上移时,通过侧腔对横杆的阻隔对绑带进行限定,放置箱下移时,竖杆在竖槽中的下移使得横杆一端下移,通过转杆拉动绑带的一端下移,进而实现对放置箱中的系杆绑定的更加稳定。
