The invention discloses an automobile steering wheel vibration control system and method based on an active control strategy, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a steering wheel position signal through a steering wheel position sensor, and transmitting the obtained steering wheel position information to a steering wheel vibration control module; calling a steering wheel position modal distribution database, and obtaining a modal parameter corresponding to the steering wheel at the moment according to the steering wheel position signal; detecting a vehicle ECU signal to obtain a rotating speed, a torque and a power signal of a power system; judging whether the power system excitation frequency and the steering wheel modal interval meet the low vibration requirement or not, and if the power system excitation frequency and the steering wheel modal interval do not meet the low vibration requirement, avoiding the frequency accurate side according to the excitation frequency and the modal frequency of a resonance avoiding module; and generating parameter information for adjusting torque, power and rotating speed signals of the power system, and inputting the parameter information to an ECU control mode, so that operating parameters of the power system are adjusted to required rotating speed, torque and power, and modal frequency avoidance of the power system and the steering wheel is realized.
本发明公开了一种基于主动控制策略的汽车方向盘振动控制系统及方法,通过方向盘位置传感器获取方向盘位置信号,并将获取的方向盘位置信息发送至方向盘振动控制模块;调用方向盘位置模态分布数据库,根据方向盘位置信号获得此刻方向盘对应的模态参数;检测车辆ECU信号,获得动力系统转速、扭矩、功率信号;判断动力系统激励频率与方向盘模态间隔是否满足低振动要求,如动力系统激励频率与方向盘模态间隔不满足低振动要求,依据共振规避模块的激励频率与模态频率避频准侧,生成调整动力系统扭矩、功率、转速信号的参数信息输入至ECU控制模态,使动力系统运行参数调整至所需的转速、扭矩、功率,实现动力系统与方向盘模态避频。
