Lofting and unfolding are carried out by taking a three-dimensional diagram of the neutral line of the outer plate as a reference, meanwhile, a lower opening rectangle of the neutral line is chamfered by taking half of the thickness of the plate as a radius, and a neutral surface cannot be stretched and compressed in a straight state and a curved surface state, so that a correct plate blanking size is obtained, the plate is convenient to process and use in a subsequent actual production process, and the production efficiency is improved.
