The invention discloses an intelligent network connection vehicle speed planning method and device, and relates to the technical field of intelligent network connection, and the method comprises the steps: determining an adjacent road segment of a current road segment when an intelligent network connection vehicle drives on the current road segment, and enabling the adjacent road segment to comprise at least one road segment in the driving direction of the intelligent network connection vehicle; by taking the current road section and the corresponding adjacent road section as planning units, performing speed planning on the intelligent network connection vehicle, and determining a speed search space of the intelligent network connection vehicle according to a planning result; a speed optimization function is constructed based on the incidence relation between the driving speed of the intelligent network connection vehicle and the oil consumption loss, the passing time and the riding comfort degree; and based on the speed optimization function, carrying out speed search in the speed search space so as to determine the target planning speed of the intelligent network connection vehicle on the current road section and the adjacent road section. The driving speed of the intelligent network connection vehicle can be relatively stable, so that the fuel consumption of the vehicle can be reduced, and the driving comfort is guaranteed.
