The invention provides a multifunctional carrying green light crane, relates to hoisting equipment which is based on visual identification and can carry various materials, and is suitable for working conditions of narrow space, multiple types of materials and automatic carrying. The overall design structure is divided into three modules, namely a chassis, a rack and a lifting appliance. The chassis adopts Mecanum wheels to realize movement in various directions of a plane, and different objective tables are arranged in three directions of the chassis and are used for realizing simultaneous carrying of different goods; the rack is composed of a disc base and four supporting square pipes, and a steering engine at the bottom of the disc controls the rack to rotate. The lifting appliance is composed of an arm and a suction cup, lifting of the arm and front-back movement of the suction cup are achieved through a synchronous belt, and a camera is installed on the head of the arm and used for capturing and recognizing goods. According to the invention, the development concepts of reduction, energy conservation and green are implemented from the aspects of material selection, structural design, overall layout and control technology, and the development direction of cranes in the future is met.

    本发明提出一种多功能搬运的绿色轻型起重机,涉及一种基于视觉识别、可搬运多种物料的起重设备,适用于空间狭窄、物料种类多、自动搬运的工作条件当中。本发明整体设计结构分为底盘、机架和吊具三大模块。底盘采用麦克纳姆轮实现平面各种方向的移动,底盘三个方向设有不同的载物台,用于实现不同货物的同时搬运;机架由圆盘底座和四根支撑方管组成,圆盘底部舵机控制机架旋转;吊具由手臂和吸盘组成,手臂升降和吸盘前后移动都由同步带实现,手臂的头部装有摄像头用于捕捉和识别货物。本发明从选材、结构设计、整机布局,控制技术上贯彻了减量、节能、绿色的发展理念,符合未来起重机发展的方向。
