The chain is movably connected with a group of clamping blocks; the transmission mechanism comprises a worm wheel fixedly installed outside the rotating shaft, a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate are arranged on the two sides of the worm wheel respectively and connected through a worm, a movable plate is rotationally connected to one side of the first connecting plate, and a spring is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second connecting plate. A fastening mechanism used for fixing the second connecting plate is arranged on one side of the second connecting plate. A clamping mechanism is matched with a transmission mechanism, and a pipe is pressed to a movable plate, so that a worm is separated from a worm gear, the pipe moves downwards under the support of a first connecting piece, when the pipe is separated from the movable plate, the first connecting plate is reset, two adjacent clamping blocks completely clamp the pipe, and the stability of the pipe during hoisting is guaranteed; and friction between the clamping blocks and the pipe is increased.
