本发明涉及一种机舱分段吊梁的安装方法,包括:吊梁作为结构件与机舱分段同步建造,将吊梁安装在机舱分段的构架面上;在机舱分段上安装散装件和机舱分段搭载工艺件;利用龙门起重机使得吊梁端部超出机舱分段的一侧向上倾斜至吊梁的水平投影小于等于完整机舱分段的嵌入式搭载口,将完整机舱分段吊入嵌入式搭载口;定位完成后,进行焊接,完成合拢安装。本发明通过龙门起重机一号吊钩、二号吊钩和三号吊钩的配合,在进行机舱分段搭载时,可以实现船宽方向和船长方向的移动,在船长方向可以使得吊梁倾斜,避免了吊梁切割的问题,保证了吊梁的完整性,同时吊梁连同机舱分段进行搭载,方便进行定位,也可以提升搭载的效率。
