The invention discloses an equipment log storage method and device in a track system, a medium and electronic equipment, and the method can be applied to equipment in the track system to construct intelligent hardware equipment. According to the method, the memory application is put forward to the system memory for multiple times through the small sub-memory area capacity to obtain a large log memory area, the memory application frequency is calculated through the AI technology, and the memory application success rate is increased. When the log is stored, different log storage modes are adopted by judging whether the to-be-stored log data exceeds the capacity of the log memory area, namely, the log can be stored in a circulating storage mode or a disk storage mode, so that the flexibility of log storage is improved; meanwhile, the memory is preferably selected for log data storage, disk dependence is reduced, the disk utilization rate is reduced, the service life of equipment is prolonged, and maintenance cost is saved.
