According to the vehicle-mounted fixed and tracking integrated technology provided by the invention, a two-dimensional tracking photovoltaic power generation device without a photoelectric sensor is constructed, the wind resistance is enhanced, the power generation efficiency is improved, the technical problem that the endurance mileage of a large-scale new energy vehicle is insufficient is solved, and the vehicle-mounted fixed and tracking integrated photovoltaic power generation device is suitable for large-scale new energy vehicles. Compared with a product which cannot track the sun in the current market, the solar generating capacity is averagely increased by more than 40%.
