    本发明涉及车载发电装置技术领域,具体涉及一种车载光伏发电装置及电动汽车。光伏发电装置包括安装架,安装架由上至下依次间隔设置有顶层光伏板、中部光伏板和底层光伏板,中部光伏板和底层光伏板均能够沿顶层光伏板长度方向滑动或锁止;安装架上安装有同步带轮驱动机构,同步带轮驱动机构位于中部光伏板和底层光伏板之间;安装架顶部长度方向的两侧还分设有第一弹簧平衡器和第二弹簧平衡器,第一弹簧平衡器的拉索与中部光伏板正对第一弹簧平衡器的一端相连,中部光伏板另一端与传动带相连,第二弹簧平衡器的拉索与底层光伏板正对第二弹簧平衡器的一端相连,底层光伏板另一端与传动带相连。电动汽车,在车体顶部安装有前述的光伏发电装置。
