Firstly, a bus is controlled to run on a road with a formulated trunk green wave scheme, and the trunk green wave scheme is formulated based on a static trunk timing coordination control strategy; then, when the bus drives to approach a certain intersection, whether the bus can pass the intersection preferentially is predicted according to the real-time position information of the bus and the real-time traffic light information of the intersection; and under the condition that the prediction result is that the bus cannot pass through the intersection preferentially, obtaining a bus control scheme and/or a traffic signal controller control scheme of the intersection by adopting a real-time priority control strategy so as to control the corresponding bus and/or the traffic signal controller, so that the bus can pass through the intersection preferentially. According to the method, dynamic and static are combined, advantages are complementary, the problem that a static or dynamic signal priority scheme is independently applied is effectively solved, the green light passing rate of the bus is integrally improved, and technical support is provided for achieving the minimum bus operation delay.
