The invention discloses a shear thickening fluid damper, and belongs to the technical field of dampers. Comprising an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, a piston rod, a one-way valve and a movable suction device, the inner cylinder is arranged in the outer cylinder, the one-way valve is arranged between the periphery of the bottom of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the upper portion of the one-way valve is filled with nitrogen or shear thickening liquid, the lower portion of the one-way valve is filled with the shear thickening liquid, and the inner cylinder is filled with silicone oil; piston rods at two ends or one end respectively extend out of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder and move up and down in the inner cylinder; and movable suction devices are symmetrically arranged in the upper and lower ends of the inner cylinder relative to the piston rod. When external load acting force is small, the movable suction device connects the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder into a whole, the piston rod moves in the inner cylinder, and silicone oil is extruded and sheared to absorb energy; when the acting force is too large, the suction device is moved to separate the inner cylinder from the outer cylinder, and the inner cylinder is driven by the piston rod to move downwards, so that the shear thickening liquid in the lower cavity of the outer sleeve is extruded and sheared to generate shear thickening and energy dissipation.

    一种剪切增稠液阻尼器,属于阻尼器技术领域。包括内筒、外筒、活塞杆、单向阀及移动吸合装置,内筒置于外筒内,内筒底部外周和外筒间设置单向阀,单向阀上部填充氮气或剪切增稠液,下部填充剪切增稠液,内筒内填充硅油,活塞杆为双出杆式或单出杆式,活塞置于内筒内,两端或一端活塞杆分别伸出内筒及外筒,在内筒中上下运动;在内筒上下两端内对称于活塞杆分别设置移动吸合装置。本发明受外部荷载作用力较小时,移动吸合装置将内外筒连接为整体,活塞杆在内筒内运动,硅油受挤压、剪切吸收能量;当作用力过大时,移动吸合装置使内外筒分离,通过活塞杆带动内筒下移,使外套下部腔体内的剪切增稠液受挤压、剪切,发生剪切增稠,耗散能量。
