The invention discloses a building prefabricated part installation auxiliary system which comprises a control module, a three-dimensional positioning module, a posture sensing module and an electric supporting rod, wherein the three-dimensional positioning module and the posture sensing module are arranged on a prefabricated part, and the electric supporting rod is movably connected between the prefabricated part and the ground. According to the invention, the three-dimensional positioning module is arranged to carry out real-time three-dimensional positioning in the hoisting and mounting stages of the prefabricated part; the attitude sensing module is arranged to monitor the perpendicularity of the prefabricated part after installation; and the control module controls the electric supporting rod movably connected between the prefabricated part and the ground to stretch out and draw back according to the perpendicularity monitored by the attitude sensing module, so that the perpendicularity of the prefabricated part is adjusted. According to the invention, not only can the verticality be automatically adjusted, but also the whole-process real-time monitoring can be carried out on the installation construction of the prefabricated part, so that the installation precision and efficiency are effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种建筑预制构件安装辅助系统,包括控制模块,设于预制构件上的三维定位模块和姿态感应模块,以及活动连接于预制构件和地面之间的电动支撑杆。本发明通过设置三维定位模块在预制构件的吊装和安装阶段进行实时三维定位;通过设置姿态感应模块监测预制构件安装后的垂直度;还通过控制模块根据姿态感应模块监测到的垂直度控制活动连接于预制构件和地面之间的电动支撑杆的伸缩,从而对预制构件的垂直度进行调整。本发明除了能自动调垂外,还能对预制构件安装施工进行全流程实时监控,有效提高了安装精度和效率。
