The invention discloses an auxiliary mounting device and method for a prefabricated box culvert. The auxiliary mounting device comprises a concrete foundation provided with a groove; the hoisting structure comprises a supporting frame and a plurality of cantilever structures which are distributed on the two sides of the prefabricated box culvert and connected with the prefabricated box culvert, each cantilever structure is connected with the supporting frame through a horizontal displacement part, so that each cantilever structure can be independently driven, and the moving direction of the cantilever structures is perpendicular to the direction of the groove; the walking structure is arranged in the groove, and a height adjusting part is arranged on the walking structure; the positioning structure is used for determining the horizontal position and the vertical height of the prefabricated box culvert; a control system; the hoisting structure is always connected with the prefabricated box culvert in the installation process of the box culvert, bears the whole weight of the prefabricated box culvert when the horizontal position of the prefabricated box culvert is finely adjusted, and bears part of the weight of the prefabricated box culvert when the prefabricated box culvert is placed on the walking structure and moves along with the walking structure. Therefore, the box culvert is efficiently mounted under the condition that the butt joint precision is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种预制箱涵辅助安装装置及方法,包括:设置有沟槽的混凝土基础;吊装结构,包括支撑架以及分布于预制箱涵两侧与预制箱涵相连的若干悬臂结构,每个悬臂结构通过水平位移件与支撑架相连,使得每个悬臂结构能独立驱动,且悬臂结构的移动方向沿垂直于沟槽方向;行走结构,设置在沟槽中,行走结构上设置有高度调节件;定位结构,用于确定预制箱涵的水平位置及垂直高度;控制系统;所述吊装结构在箱涵安装过程中始终与预制箱涵相连,在精调预制箱涵的水平位置时承担预制箱涵的全部重量,以及当预制箱涵安放在行走结构上随行走结构移动时,承担预制箱涵的部分重量,从而在保证对接精度的情况下高效完成箱涵的安装。
