The invention discloses a crane load self-adaptive multi-speed lifting control method, which comprises the following steps of: when a heavy object is lifted/descended, firstly starting a handle, opening a brake, a clutch and a tension sensor to measure the tension of a steel wire rope, transmitting corresponding data to a control system, and detecting whether gears are matched or not by the control system according to the tension of the steel wire rope and a lifting hydraulic transmission system; and after a proper gear speed ratio is selected, the hoisting mechanism lifts/descends the heavy object. The multi-speed-ratio speed reducer is adopted, the speed range is wider, the intelligent control technology is added, the proper speed ratio can be automatically selected according to loads, the power lowering speed is controllable, the working efficiency is improved, energy is saved, meanwhile, the lifting system is additionally provided with an intelligent detection alarm system, early faults of the speed reducer are pre-analyzed, and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种起重机负载自适应多速起升控制方法,在起升/下降重物时,先启动手柄,打开制动器、离合器,拉力传感器测量钢丝绳的拉力,并将相应数据传输到控制系统,控制系统根据钢丝绳拉力,起升液压传动系统检测挡位是否适配,选择适当的挡位速比后,卷扬机构起升/下降重物。本发明采用多速比减速机速度范围更广,加入智能控制技术,可以根据负载自动选择合适的速比,动力下放速度可控,提高工作效率,节约能源,同时该起升系统增加智能检测报警系统,对减速机早期故障进行预分析,延长使用寿命。
