The self-adaptive emergency braking control system comprises a speed acquisition module, a database, a braking module, a radar module, a data analysis module, an audible and visual alarm, a monitoring module and a personnel scheduling module; the speed acquisition module is used for determining the running speed corresponding to the lifting appliance according to the real-time environment information, so that lifting appliance collision accidents are effectively reduced, and the lifting appliance runs more stably and safely; meanwhile, when the environment is severe, the system carries out early warning in time and automatically starts emergency braking, so that the safety awareness of an operator is improved; the data analysis module is used for analyzing the distance information and judging whether an obstacle exists on a moving track or not so as to carry out collision reminding and emergency braking; and meanwhile, the operation state of the operator is analyzed through the monitoring module, the operator is reasonably arranged to have a rest in turns according to the operation coefficient of the operator, the collision accidents of the lifting appliance are reduced, and meanwhile the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种岸桥吊具自适应紧急制动控制系统,涉及港口机械技术领域;包括速度获取模块、数据库、制动模块、雷达模块、数据分析模块、声光报警器、监测模块以及人员调度模块;速度获取模块用于根据实时环境信息确定吊具对应的运行速度,有效减少吊具碰撞事故发生,使吊具运行更平稳安全;同时当环境恶劣时,系统及时预警并自动启动紧急制动,提高操作员的安全意识;数据分析模块用于对距离信息进行分析,判断运行轨迹上是否存在障碍物,以进行碰撞提醒和紧急制动;同时本发明通过监测模块对操作员的操作状态进行分析,根据操作员的操繁系数合理安排操作员进行轮换休息,减少吊具碰撞事故发生,同时提高作业效率。
