Comprising an upper damping plate, a lower damping plate parallel to the upper damping plate, a damping connecting mechanism connecting the upper damping plate and the lower damping plate, and a camera loading mechanism arranged at the bottom end of the lower damping plate and used for placing a camera, an upper mounting opening connected with the top end of the damping connecting mechanism is formed in the upper damping plate, and a lower mounting opening connected with the bottom end of the damping connecting mechanism is formed in the lower damping plate; the damping connecting mechanism comprises a fixing bolt, a fixing nut, an upper disc spring, a lower disc spring and a positioning spring set. The upper damping plate and the lower damping plate can be stably connected through the damping connecting mechanism, and the damping connecting mechanism can buffer the longitudinal and transverse vibration force between the upper damping plate and the lower damping plate, so that the operation stability of the camera load mechanism can be ensured.
