The pneumatically-driven four-legged crawling robot comprises a trunk assembly, the front end of the trunk assembly is connected with a head assembly, the rear end of the trunk assembly is connected with a tail assembly, and the two sides of the head assembly and the two sides of the tail assembly are connected with leg assemblies correspondingly; the leg component comprises a thigh encapsulating unit, one end of the thigh encapsulating unit is connected with one side of the head component or the tail component, and the other end of the thigh encapsulating unit is connected with one end of a shank encapsulating unit through a thigh and shank connecting piece; the shank filling and sealing unit and the thigh filling and sealing unit drive the legs to lift up and step forward through air supply expansion of internal air chambers. According to the four-foot crawling robot, the movement speed of a traditional four-foot crawling robot is increased, research experience is provided for follow-up researchers on the propelling mechanism and the body form of the four-foot crawling robot, and on one hand, the maintenance cost of a traditional electric drive amphibious robot is reduced.
