The present invention relates to a road surface state inspection method for inspecting a road surface state. The road surface state inspection method includes the steps of: acquiring detailed information of a road surface state set for each inspection point on the basis of actual driving performance of a vehicle and information of a position of the vehicle; a plan generation unit that generates an inspection execution plan for the vehicle at an inspection point when the inspection point is included within a predetermined range in the direction of travel of the vehicle based on the position of the vehicle; evaluating a road surface state at the inspection point based on a driving state of the vehicle acquired during inspection of the execution plan; and updating detailed information of the road surface state set for the inspection point on the basis of the latest information of the evaluated road surface state.
