The invention discloses a novel cooperative control unmanned aerial vehicle docking mechanism which comprises a first docking assembly and a second docking assembly. A guide module, a rotating module and a linear driving module are arranged in a first butt-joint assembly, a guide seat, a locking rail and a locking tongue are arranged in a second butt-joint assembly, so that the first butt-joint assembly and the second butt-joint assembly can be locked or loosened in a butt-joint mode, and after locking is completed, the rotating module can enable the two butt-joint assemblies to relatively rotate around a locking shaft. The problem of interference caused by the fact that the guiding device cannot move in the docking process of multiple unmanned aerial vehicles is effectively solved.
