The invention discloses an electric variable-pitch aviation propeller which comprises a propeller hub, propeller blades, a variable-pitch rod, a first linear motor and a first linear motor control mechanism. The propeller blades are rotatably connected to the propeller hub; the variable pitch rod is arranged in the propeller hub in the axial direction of the propeller hub and drives the propeller to change the pitch through axial movement. The output end of the first linear motor is connected with the variable-pitch rod, and the first linear motor is used for driving the variable-pitch rod to move axially; a limiting switch is arranged in a circuit system of the first linear motor; and the first linear motor control mechanism is used for controlling the limiting switch. According to the electric variable-pitch aviation propeller, the pitch is changed through electric driving, and the pitch changing time is short; no lubricating oil corrosion exists; a speed regulator is not needed, the structure is compact, safety and reliability are achieved, maintenance is easy, and operation cost is low.

    本发明公开了一种电动变距航空螺旋桨,包括:桨毂、桨叶、变距杆、第一直线电机、第一直线电机控制机构;所述桨叶可转动地连接在所述桨毂上;所述变距杆沿所述桨毂的轴向设置在所述桨毂内,通过轴向移动带动螺旋桨变距;所述第一直线电机的输出端与所述变距杆连接,用于驱动所述变距杆轴向移动;所述第一直线电机的电路系统中设有限位开关;所述第一直线电机控制机构用于控制所述限位开关。本发明的电动变距航空螺旋桨采用电力驱动变距,变距时间快;没有滑油腐蚀;不再需要调速器、结构紧凑,安全可靠,维护简单,运行成本低。
