The invention discloses a new energy vehicle starting power supply circuit which comprises a battery module, a PWM signal generation module, an MOSFET drive circuit module and a super capacitor module. The super-capacitor module and the battery module are connected in parallel and jointly used for supplying power to a load, and a charging switch module is arranged between the super-capacitor module and the battery module; the PWM signal generation module is connected with the MOSFET driving circuit module to generate a PWM signal to drive the MOSFET driving circuit module, and the MOSFET driving circuit module is connected with the charging switch module to enable the charging switch module to be switched on and off alternately so as to realize periodic charging of the battery module on the super capacitor module; the battery module is connected with the MOSFET drive circuit module and the PWM signal generation module to supply power. In the circuit, the charging of the super capacitor module can be realized by adopting conventional components, the cost is low, the reliability is high, the power supply effect during the starting of the vehicle is ensured, and meanwhile, the defect of power supply during the starting of the existing new energy vehicle is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种新能源车启动供电电路,包括:电池模块、PWM信号发生模块、MOSFET驱动电路模块及超级电容模块;超级电容模块和电池模块并联并共同用于给负载进行供电,超级电容模块和电池模块连接间设有充电开关模块;PWM信号发生模块与MOSFET驱动电路模块连接,以产生PWM信号对MOSFET驱动电路模块进行驱动,MOSFET驱动电路模块与充电开关模块连接,使充电开关模块交替开关以实现电池模块对超级电容模块进行周期性充电;电池模块分别与MOSFET驱动电路模块、PWM信号发生模块连接以进行供电。本发明电路中,全部采用常规元器件即可实现超级电容模块的充电,成本低且可靠性高,在保障车辆启动供电效果的同时,避免了现有新能源车启动时供电上的不足。
