The technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that the plurality of battery modules are combined and connected, the control unit provides a higher multiple voltage through a combination form according to the voltage and electric quantity information of the plurality of battery modules, and the higher multiple voltage is output through the first output module for starting the unmanned aerial vehicle; the universal requirement for the starting power supply in the unmanned aerial vehicle joint combat contextual model is met, and different starting voltages needed by different types of unmanned aerial vehicles are met.
