The invention provides an engine starting device for an unmanned aerial vehicle. A propeller is driven to rotate and start in the mode that an outer rotor motor directly drives an engine main shaft, and after the engine is started at the rated rotating speed, it is guaranteed that the motor does not generate resistance in the rotating process of the outer rotor through outage; compared with an existing mode of indirectly driving the engine to start by adopting a mechanical mechanism, an intermediate transmission device can be omitted by adopting a direct driving mode, and the reliability of the engine starting device is improved while the transmission efficiency is improved. The engine starting device for the unmanned aerial vehicle has the advantages of being high in transmission efficiency, simple in structure, high in reliability, light in weight and easy to maintain.

    本发明提供的无人机用发动机启动装置,通过采用外转子电机直接驱动发动机主轴的方式带动螺旋桨旋转启动,在发动机达到额定转速启动后,通过断电保证外转子旋转过程中,电机不会产生阻力,相比于现有采用机械机构间接驱动发动机启动,采用直接驱动的方式可以免除中间传动装置,提高传动效率的同时提高发动机启动装置的可靠性,综上所述,本发明实施例提供的无人机用发动机启动装置具有传动效率高、结构简单、可靠性高、重量轻、且易于维护的优点。
