The invention relates to a method for mounting a tower crane on a steel tube arch bridge, which comprises the following steps: using an upper chord tube as a support, welding and mounting a steel tube base on the upper chord tube, ensuring the mounting precision of the steel tube base, pouring concrete to enhance the strength, rigidity, pulling resistance and overturning resistance of a tower crane foundation, and then considering the hoisting capacity of a cable crane system. The tower crane is divided into a plurality of hoisting units, hoisting is conducted in sequence according to the divided units, the hoisting frequency is reduced as much as possible so as to reduce the arch mounting difficulty, transfer is conducted by arranging the platform and the translation component, cable hoisting is conducted twice before and after transfer of a single component, and the problem that a cable hoisting system cannot conduct load-bearing transverse movement is solved. Therefore, the mounting of the tower crane on the arch is realized, the problem that the tower crane on the arch is difficult to mount is solved, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明关于一种钢管拱桥上安装塔吊的方法,利用所述上弦管作为支撑,在其上面焊接安装所述钢管基座并保证其安装精度,通过灌注所述混凝土增加所述塔吊基础强度、刚度、抗拔、抗倾覆性能,随后考虑缆索吊系统的吊装能力,对所述塔吊划分为若干起吊单元,根据划分单元依次吊装,尽量减少吊装次数以降低拱上安装难度,通过设置所述平台及所述平移部件进行转运,单个构件在转运前后缆索吊分两次吊运,解决缆索吊系统无法负重横移的问题,从而实现拱上塔吊的安装,不仅解决了拱上塔吊难以安装的问题,而且还大大提高了工作效率。
