The invention provides a sheave wheel platform for installing a shaft tower crane and a crane installing method. The sheave wheel platform comprises a center beam, a lifting beam, a guide beam, a fixed pulley, a movable pulley, a first steady vehicle and a second steady vehicle, wherein the center beam is horizontally arranged at the center of a roof of a winch hall, and is provided with a first sheave wheel; the lifting beam is arranged in parallel with the center beam at a lifting port position of the roof, and is provided with a second sheave wheel; the guide beam is arranged in a manner ofbeing perpendicular to the center beam and the lifting beam on the roof, and is fixedly provided with a first guide wheel and a second guide wheel; the movable pulley is combined with the first sheave wheel or the second sheave wheel to compose a pulley block; the first steady vehicle is placed on the ground outside a shaft tower; the second steady vehicle is placed on the roof; the first steadyvehicle and the second steady vehicle provide driving force; and different pulley blocks are composed through the first sheave wheel, the second sheave wheel, the first guide wheel, the second guide wheel, the fixed pulley and the movable pulley to lift a crane assembly to an installation position of set height above a platform of the winch hall from the ground. The sheave wheel platform and the method are convenient to operate, and increase the installation efficiency.

    本发明提供了一种井塔起重机安装天轮平台及起重机安装方法,包括:中心梁,在绞车大厅屋顶中心水平设置,其上设置有第一天轮;吊装梁,在屋顶吊装口位置与中心梁平行设置,其上设置第二天轮;导向梁,在屋顶与中心梁和吊装梁垂直设置,其上固定设置有第一导向轮和第二导向轮;定滑轮;动滑轮,与第一天轮或第二天轮组合构成滑轮组;第一稳车,放置在井塔楼外的地面;第二稳车,放置在屋顶上,其中,第一稳车和第二稳车提供驱动力,通过第一天轮、第二天轮、第一导向轮、第二导向轮、定滑轮和动滑轮组成不同滑轮组将起重机组件从地面吊装到绞车大厅平台上方设定高度的安装位置。上述平台及方法操作方便,提高安装效率。
