The method comprises the steps that S1, the hoisting assembly is assembled; s2, placing the electrode plate on a trolley; s3, the crane drives one end of the trolley to lift up, and when the angle between the trolley and the ground is 20-30 degrees, the tower crane can slowly pull the electrode plate; s4, when the angle between the trolley and the ground is 90 degrees, the tower crane drags the electrode plate to be in a vertical state; s5, bundling the lower parts of the electrode plates together by using a bundling rope; s6, when reaching the drop point position, taking down and installing the electrode plates in sequence; according to the hoisting assembly and method, hoisting is convenient and fast, hoisting of multiple electrode plates can be achieved, and the working efficiency is improved.
